Yesterday Gilmore Heating and Air Conditioning finished replacing my 28 year old undersized 2-ton split system air conditioner with an upgraded 4-ton split system heat pump on my house. From your initial inspection you were aware this would not be a standard changeout of equipment. I want to thank Gilmore Heating and Air Conditioning for doing an excellent job. In particular, Jim and Hank did an excellent job of craftsmanship and were always professional, courteous, friendly and neat. They kept me informed when they came across a particular problem or needed my preference on something and did a great job of keeping all the carpets and flooring clean. I truly felt that they took the same care and workmanship on my house as they would have on their own houses. I would recommend your company to any of my friends and neighbors needing heating and air conditioning work done. Thanks again for a job well done.

I received estimates from four companies (including Gilmore). Your company was the only one who used a technician to answer my questions and write up an estimate. The other companies sent out sales staff that in my belief did not have the knowledge of HVAC systems.

He was never pushy in selling us the unit, which was a big plus for us. Your dispatching department always kept the communication lines open, every step of the way. They kept us informed continuously concerning the job and showed great public relations skills. Your installation team was great. We can't say enough about them. I would like to comment on my first experience with your company. Our hot water heater "died on april 9. I called your office at 2:30 pm and said we would really like an immediate replacement. The gentleman that took my call did some quick checking on that possibilit and said that the technicians wold be here within an hour with a replacement and installation. Your technicians arrived an hour later with the correct unit and had it installed in approximately two hours. My husband and I wre very impressed with them. They worked very well together, were professional, personable, and certainly knew what they were doing. You're fortunate to have employees of that caliber. Definitely we were impressed froms start to finish, both with your service technicians and the way your office staff operates. We will certainly recommend your company to friends. Thank you for your excellent service while installing my new heater. Prior to selecting Gilmore Heating & Air, I received three other quotes from your competitors. I was amazed at the varied opinions. Being a first time homeowner I was anxious about the investment towards the house. Your staff was always nice over the phone while I asked detailed questions. The installers really surprised me. I expected to find my house in a state of remodel but could hardly tell they were there. One day the vents were in, the next the control unit and the heater. The only evidence of their presence was found on the deck where their materials were neatly left. Overall it has been a very pleasant experience working with your company. I will highly recommend your company to anyone in need of your services in the future.
